TRANSLUCENT HOPE AND FEAR

I have come to the realization that behind every HOPE of positive results from events or situations there is FEAR, and behind every FEAR of negative results from events or situations there is HOPE. These two are almost inseparable. The MEASURE of these two in every situation will determine the EFFECT it would have on the heart and mind of the carrier. Something happened to me recently, there was a 50% indicator that the results would be positive and the other 50% indicated that the result would be negative. As a human I have the scale to measure the quality of HOPE I wanted to apply to the situation and also the measure the quality of FEAR I wanted to apply. If I chose to apply 100% HOPE then it meant I was too certain that all ELEMENTS will work in my Favour but I didn’t have that much faith in the situation. Was there fear in my heart, Yes. The measure of FEAR for this situation was maybe 15% while my HOPE measure was 85% but this was what my heart and mind wanted. But outwardly in the face of the situation my expectation for a negative result was 85% while my expectation of Positive result was 15%. 

I did this because I wanted to prepare my mind for the worse. My external acts And my spoken words didn’t align with what my heart and mind wanted. There was definitely a conflict of desired result. The results came out as 100% NEGATIVE. I thought I was prepared mentally and emotionally for the negative result but I wasn’t. Instead I became confused and broken like I never expected the result. This effect the result had on me was because of my camouflage. I reflected something different on the outside and reflected something different on the inside. What I did in that situation in the simplest term is called GAMBLING. 

Questions may arise saying what if I had all my measures both inwardly and outwardly in sync by having 85% of HOPE and 15% of FEAR and the result comes out negative, would the effect of the result be different? Well it all still depends on the ELEMENT at play. I have come to understand that in life as much as your direct actions plays a great role in getting results, there are a lot of other factors too to consider and thus the reason Hope and Fear are translucent in events and situations we expect results. We do not have total control of all elements at play in every situation and when we can measure how much of our input impacts a certain result we would not GAMBLE with our HOPES and FEARS. 

Be true to yourself and the elements and let the effects of results be strength and light to you at all times and not confusion or bitterness or hate or brokenness.
